poor sizing, poor quality, returns aren’t free
Their ‘34e’ bras are so small they fit my 32A sister. And the returns aren’t free so it’s just a massive waste of money
The bands are extremely short and unreliable!
I was hopeful when I found this website and ordered various bras around my size (Freya 28HH)
When they came, - the band on two of the bras was so short it barely even went past my arm pits let alone reached my back!! I emailed them to ask why the band was so short, I exchanged various emails with one of the advisors who helped me order various bras in sizes ranging from 30/32/34 bands. All of which were way too short on the band (some of the bigger bands were actually shorter than the smaller bands!). How are you supposed to know what size to get when their sizing is so off.
Advisor was extremely helpful at first but in the end has basically told me they won’t help anymore and to go to Bravissimo.

Mark Pyne is DISGUSTING
Terrible service from a man named Mark Pyne. Disturbing to me that he's working so closely with social media and looking at photos of women in underwear all day. Incredibly rude individual for no reason. Hope he gets fired quick!
I found the sizing way off
I found the sizing way off. I selected 34E and the bras came as size 12 and were tiny!!! They looked more like a A cup. I have no idea why they give you a selection of bra sizes if this is all they provide. I twice contacted customer service but got a set reply apologising for delivery delays (not what I was asking about), and I couldn’t return the items because I couldn’t make head nor tail of the returns form: it requested I put in the code for each item but I had no way of knowing which code belonged to each item. Very confusing.
Missing items, wrong order
I ordered multiple items, on arrival two were completely the wrong item and size and also one missing item. I have emailed the company three times to two separate email addresses and have heard nothing, although I am getting lots of emails from them promoting sales. Dreadful costumer service and I'm now money down. Not sure where to go from here as it seems I won't be getting reply to my emails let alone exchange of items or a refund. Avoid unless you want to be out of pocket.
Awful customer service
Decent products, but awful customer service. I had something refunded from every order, and got notified about it after it's already been sent, meaning I end up paying for all the fees for just one or two items. I have received wrong sizes, and completely wrong items. No response to emails. Through the chat I managed to reach them (with delay), but the responder ignored half of the issues I had.
I gave them three chances, but not going to bother with it anymore.
I love it but there is a downside
I bought the Alicia bodysuit in purple size S and love it, it provides more support than I expected although I think a size XS would have suited me better than the S.
I don't give it five stars because it does not include the VAT of my country (Spain) and I had to pay customs fees. I encourage you to subscribe to IOSS to facilitate the process for foreign buyers.

Don’t waste your money!! Extremely Poor customer service and delivery times. Wish I had never ordered and gone elsewhere.

Placed an order 1st Feb for next day delivery, no parcel, no updates and no way of getting in contact, online chat is an automated message and no response to emails. Frustrating as cost a lot of money.
Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service, emailed me to say we don’t have that size anymore, but it wasn’t a size I had ordered anyway, then told me to pick an alternative which I did, heard nothing despite several emails and messages then receive an email saying we have only sent one of your items after over a week of waiting. Customer service is awful be warned before ordering from here.
