It arrived ! My order reported it was cancelled on tracking and email on website is not available and "not found" to get in touch and the number is uncontactable. They did reach out to me but I missed it unfortunately. Saying that...The package did arrive luckily and thank fully, and it is nice quality. However, seemed tricky to contact. I thought i was scammed and cancelled my credit card, I would have appreciated being able to connect with the company as product is good .

We did send through an email at the time to let you know your tracking had been updated due to a courier delay, but I completely understand how easily emails can be missed!
I’ve also since double-checked all of our contact points (email, website form, and chat), and they are all working as expected. Also, our direct contact email is visible in the footer and on our contact page if there is a need to contact us in future.

Super cute little lion
Super cute little lion, our little one loves it! We put it in the dryer, it says not to so it shrunk a little bit but it’s perfectly small for our little one to hold and cuddle up to. He loves the lightweight soft cotton it’s just like some of our burp cloths that he loves to play with. The knotted corners are perfect for little fingers to fiddle with!

I never received my item
I never received my item. The T & S have terrible customer service and blamed me - even though their delivery notifications do not work so it was only after weeks passed that I started enquiring why I hadn't received it. Might as well have thrown my money away.

We take all delivery concerns seriously and have thoroughly investigated your claim regarding the non-receipt of your parcel.
Upon your initial contact, we immediately launched a missing parcel investigation with Sendle, our delivery partner. Sendle has since confirmed that your parcel was successfully delivered. This determination was made based on both photographic and GPS evidence, which verifies the delivery location and time.
At the time of your order, you chose 'Authority to Leave' as your shipping method. As outlined in our Shipping Policy, this option entrusts the parcel to be left at your address without a signature. The policy clearly states:
“Please ensure that if you are selecting 'Standard shipping authority to leave' that your property is secure. We take no responsibility for stolen parcels. It is your responsibility to make sure your property is secure and by placing an order with us you understand this. If you are concerned about security on your property, we have the option of 'Standard shipping with signature on delivery.'”
We also provided full delivery tracking via email, including:
9:06 AM: Notification that your parcel was out for delivery
11:41 AM: Confirmation of successful delivery
We understand this may be disappointing; however, based on the evidence from Sendle and the shipping method you selected, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund in this case.
