Ok cowboy company
Came twice and did not fix my problem
Charged me 180 pounds
Asked him to check in my loft but refused wanted to change all my cables why employ such people

I booked through AerialForce and the sent TV Aerial Company. The engineer came out to look at my aerial but the engineer recommended to make changes to my dish which was a quicker, and simpler job. The job took about 15 mins at most but I was then charged the same price as a brand new aerial which comes in at £199 + VAT. My advice would be to get somebody local to come out and give you an estimate for free and go from there.

Do not use this company! My elderly parents have been ripped off by this company , after being told the price for the job and being given the go ahead to do the work they have then completed this and and put up the price by over 100 pounds because the ‘VAT WAS NOT INCLUDED’ in the quote, this was never explained in the first instance and had we been made aware of the true price we would have not accepted the quote as it is extortionate for the work carried out. In any event a quote from any professional company should have VAT included and it was the employees job to know that my family knew the true price in full and for this not to be changed after the work had been completed. The man was so persuasive in the fact that he had told my father that this was a quote exclusive of VAT , in any event if this was the case he should have been given a full quote with this inclusive. I find this discusting that with only his word against the engineers my father had to part with an extra 100 pound knowing that he had been given false information , I would not recommend this company.

I was visited this morning by Mr Lappin from TVAerialCompany to reposition my aerial which has fallen down three times and then been replaced. He was very pleasant and showed me why it would not stay up. It was clearly too heavy and not suitable for the purpose. He replaced it for me and has guaranteed it. I am very happy with this and grateful for the quick response to my call on Good Friday. I am happy to recommend him.

Had this company fit CCTV to our house and we are so dissapointed . The enginier was rude and obnoxious to my husband. My husband asked about how the wires where concealed and he said they use trunking which they only covered half the wires with and then told us after we complained that we had to pay for the other half of trunking. My husband was given a demo for approximetly 5 minutes and no instructions on how to use was given, was told to you tube or google instructions. We have been intouch with the company and the only contact is via email. Iv asked for a phone call and still nothing. We are going to trading standards about the whole thing as I feel we have been cheated out of £800. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Excellent, Martin was very pleasant and fixed my new aerial in no time, same day service, other companies wanted me to wait until next day even for a quote.

Ahmad came to help fix our disrupted TV signal, which he did super quickly, honestly and politely. Would recommend him and the firm for future work.

Ahmed came round on time and ran a really accurate diagnostic in super quick time - all fixed, thankyou. Friendly people all round and the telephone service was excellent.

I am normal suspicious of 5* reviews and I tend to scroll down to the less satisfied reviews. Today I have to write a 5* plus review for TVAerial company because the engineer Ahmed has delivered a 5*plus service. This is the third time I have used this company for different installation jobs (once was to correct some poor workmanship). I am a repeat customer because TVAerial company‘s phone is quickly answered by a real person (no press this that and the other), the booking is responsive to my busy schedule, the technical advice is in lay English, the work is clean and neat.Today Ahmed treated my home as if it was his own property. He has done a major installation to the highest standard of professionalism and has left my house tidy, inside and outside.

The February storms had knocked out my Sky signal, and after contacting via the online form, Matt arrived the following day to realign my dish and also straighten my TV aerial which had also suffered! Matt was friendly and clear, and carried out his work quickly and professionally, and at a very reasonable price.
Very good service also from the office (online and on the phone). Would definitely recommend and use again.

Called them on Wednesday evening to get someone out to remove a TV aerial that's been blown half off our roof -- quite dangerous. Was told someone would come on Thursday between 8am and 6pm. After staying home all day, I got a call at half past 4 to say they wouldn't make it after all. I was assured someone would attend on Friday morning. But I just got a call to say they can't come today either! I'd rather not waste another day waiting around, so will be finding someone else to do the work.

Frank was very efficient polite and reliable and did a great job with no mess.

This company has a dreadful customer service I have been without a TV for a week and I am told to expect an engineer to call me when he is on his way. I have spent a lot of money with this company in the past 5 years and did not want to get another one in. I will give them one more chance then I will have to get someone else. I am a foster carer and it has been difficult with the children been on holiday
