Broken glass
Your Vape is a wonderful machine. I enjoy using it very much. I only marked you down one star because tho the glass aroma therapy attachment was broken when I received the unit. I doubt I would use it much but I do miss having the option.

Customer support is helpful
Seems to be a pretty decent company. They care about customer satisfaction. If something is wrong, they will correct it for you. My original products had some defects, but after contacting them, they corrected the issues with replacement parts. The devices when functioning as described are actually pretty decent. I think I would be interested in their future products. Shipping is really quick.
