Came recommended by friends so we changed from a large local firm who had moved us twice before but were not proving particularly competitive or flexible regarding our latest move.
A very reasonable quote was very quickly provided and given a tricky access to our new home it meant only smaller vans could be used . On the day nothing was a problem and cheerful staff , well organised by Joel , this significantly reduced our stress levels.
Sofas and TV’s were well protected in large zipped padded covers . On arrival we asked for some heavy pieces of furniture that we had just bought from the vendors to be moved into different rooms before our furniture was unloaded, not a problem and done with a smile.
In all a very professional operation , nothing was damaged unlike on our two previous moves, so we would definitely recommend them to anyone

Genuinely cant recommend Joel and the team enough. We chose them after recommendations online and really glad that we did. They made moving day stress free and were very professional.

Joel and Kim kept us updated throughout and called us before the move to go through everything, give packing tips and check if we had any questions.

TVC removals did an amazing job with our move from Cardiff to Barry. From the initial meeting and quote I knew we would be in safe hands! Super professional, knowledgable and also just lovely people, very friendly to our young daughter and our dog!! Extremely accommodating even when we had a bit of a wait for the solicitors to confirm completion they stayed late on a Friday evening to get everything moved. Highly recommend - if we were to ever move again we would always use them! Thanks so much :-)

A great, efficient and cost effective service. It was great to meet the group first thing in the morning and go through what needed to be done. Everything was done with great care and attention and it made moving day all the more smoother. Will be my go to company with any future moves and will be referring the company to friends and family.

We had a fantastic experience with TVC. Joel and Logan helped us move from Cardiff to Caerphilly, and they were lovely guys, very friendly and professional. Despite some access issues at the first property, they were very fast and efficient, took excellent care of our things with their own specialist packaging materials, protected the wood floors, and had furniture dismantled and back together again in a jiffy. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing, and they weren't fazed by the 500-ish books they had to shift!

Beware of this company. They are amateurs who will waste your time and money. I found them on the Which? Trusted Trader site when I entered my details including postcode. Rang them and arranged for an employee to come to my current home to produce an estimate for my long distance house move. I knew they were in Cardiff but I wanted some belongings collected from storage there on the way to my new home.
Well, just ONE HOUR before that person was due to arrive today they rang. Saying they had decided I was too far away for them to make a profit. Put the phone down on them. They knew my address. I waited a week for the appointment and made sure to be at home for the visit today.
What amateurs! Don't they have a map of S. Wales on their wall with a circle on it showing the area they cover - simple? Or a computer system that will tell them immediately (on the postcode they get from a customer) that they can do a move? I'll make the same complaint to Which? about these time wasters!

TVC Removals have done removals for us twice in once month, and we couldn’t be happier with their work.

Communication was great from the beginning, and both Joel and his team were extremely helpful, polite, efficient and went above and beyond to make the move go smoothly. This was the case for both moves.

If you want a trouble free move, where nothing is too much trouble then look no further, our business was moved and back up and running within 24 hours of the TVC team turning up. A very impressive service.

I think we may have been a removal company's nightmare. Joel from TVC spent a lot of time with us in advance understanding the job, and was very generous with advice and suggestions. Through no fault of our own vagaries of the conveyancing process meant that our move out was on-again, off-again for several weeks. And it was finally on with very short notice. Only 3/4 of the contents were moving into storage, and of that we had only packed maybe half. Joel and his team found the time to swoop in, pack up the remainder, dismantle large furniture and move our stuff very quickly and in good spirits. I only hope I can give them more notice when the time comes to move our stuff out of storage again.

Kim, Joel and the 2 Michaels were spot on, the move was well planned, carefully done and pleasant. They actually took the stress out of moving day, would recommend using them. Kim even gave us home made jam as part of a really thoughtful moving in gift pack, so kind.

I went with these guys mainly on the basis of their Which? Trusted trader status - they were fantastic - good comms - hard working - polite - nailed it - would definitely use again - thanks Joel… so fast but not rushed and they checked everything just brilliant

Joel was amazing throughout the whole process, I had regular updates and always opportunities to ask questions, very reassuring that they would be available for the whole day no matter what time we received our keys. On the day they were so friendly, helpful and swift packing up and moving our belongings to the new house, I couldn’t recommend them more! Also such a lovely touch with the gift bag at the end, so thoughtful!

It was a delight to deal with this family company. Courteous and efficient when dealing with clients and the boys that actually do the move are lovely, work hard and efficiently. I had to put my belongings into storage and Joel made contact with a local storage company for me and all went smoothly. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

What can I say about, about TVC removals thats not already been said? We recently had a house move with them, and what a superb experience. Joel and his team were very professional and reassuring throughout our move. it started with Kim coming to meet us to assess our removal needs, and talk us through what would happen on the day. When Joel and his team arrived the move went smoothly and we could not have wished for better service. I would thoroughly recommend TVC for a super house move experience.

I am so very happy that I chose to use TVC Removals to help me with my move. It was an emotional day for me and I needed to feel I trusted those I was asking to help. Kim was a lovely first contact and provided a very thorough and well explained quote. My move date wasn't confirmed until last minute, but Joel was very amenable and patient.
Mostly, what could have been a sad and stressful day, turned out to be stress free and a lot of fun, with Joel and the boys good natured, positive and extremely organised approach. I needn't have panicked over so much, as they had everything under control, safely blanketed sentimental items and enabled more potted plants to be taken than I'd dared hope for! There's no doubt I would use them again and recommend to anyone I know. Plus, it's nice to support a family run business, who know how to do their job well.
