This should be negative. I subscribed and paid to the service and have now been unable to watch any programmes after 6 days .
The system will not accept my email address so consequently I cannot sign in again.
Hopeless service or please advise how to reconnect.

Why in the world do I have to upgrade to continue using TVMucho at all?! I thought your free 1 hour per day was a good enough restriction (and was something I was able to tolerate), but now you're getting rid of the 1 hour per day for free customers?!
For a service that prides itself for appealing to expats, you should at least offer expats that may not be able to afford something like this. TVMucho used to do that, but now they've stopped. I've lost all hope and respect for the people that run this website.
All the other reviews are right, this service DID start going downhill ever since it was bought out by Pzaz.

I have been using the service for a 7.99 per month
I have been using the service for a fee since yesterday and will also cancel it directly. i was hoping to find a good solution here in spain for german tv and i am totally disappointed. The stream stops every 10 seconds. it works fine with all other subscriptions. dazn, sky, amazon, etc. Very bad and 1 star is already too much.

Be careful about tvmucho
Be careful about tvmucho, they take your money and then all of a sudden it is lots of issues with providers etc so they can`t get their stream working.

I have tried and tried with TVMucho. It’s constant buffering is driving me insane. Every few minutes. Contacted customer services. Tried all the suggestions. Nothing works. Even on my new, all singing n dancing tv. I’m in Portugal trying to get UK tv. My annual subs are cancelled and I’m looking elsewhere from the end of the month

so pleased with this service. It costs me much less than the cable on offer here in Serbia . The service are great and answer very quickly. No problem saving things to watch later. After years of messing with vpn which is very expensive nowadays i just use Mucho!!

No tv this morning at all, was OK yesterday, sort of OK with all the usual daily problems that I have to fight with every single day.

I would like to add that when TVMucho is working good it is very very good, good value for money. Would like to see live major sports though, cricket,, football and rugby would be nice.
My main daily problem is buffeting.

Why should I change my access code and pay again!!!
Whilst I have no problems getting TV on my mobile, I have major problems to get it on my Sony TV. Had a look at my profile on the TV which gives a different activation code to mine, it also makes out that I should pay again if I want service. I have paid 120 Pound sterling in February 2022 and I do not wish to pay again. I have been talking to technical support who do not appear to be interested in what you have to say and nothing gets rectified. If the Co sees my complaint, please try to ensure that I get service on my TV with my same original access code. Thank you.

Daily problems with TV mucho paid account.
Virtually every day now I have problems getting into this paid for service. For intance tonioght the bot checking device doesn't work so can't get in. I sent an email explaining the problem. hours later it isn't fixed. There are now problems every day - it is alottery whether I get the service.

Service untenable….
The service has been deteriorating for months, with outages loss of content etc. to the point where it is currently unwatchable, even if you manage to access it. I would advise people to stay well clear of this company…

Good when it works
When it works it's as good as any other streaming service. When it's not working it's ridiculously frustrating which is quite often. I often find that if i want to watch the odd program in the afternoon, its finished before the issues are resolved. You have to keep reloading things. Several weeks ago for a few weeks the same happened at 10pm CET it just stopped working. I'm most likely going to let my subscription run out and find an alternative.

I can log into my account just fine
I can log into my account just fine, navigate the tabs just fine - when I try to play a channel or any of my recorded content, I just get a black screen with a hovering satellite for hours on end. No audio, no video. NOTHING communicated to customers about why services are not working. I Tried sending a troubleshooting report to customer service - NO RESPONSE. So terrible. Definitely will NOT be renewing now!

Tvmucho has been having technical issues for months and they do not seem to have a solution to the issue therefore I am regularly without any Tv to watch at night.
I have informed them of the issues but they simply say sorry then it happens again and again and again.
They were a good service once upon a time but I’m afraid I couldn’t recommend them to anyone now as their service is unacceptable.

I've been using this service since…
I've been using this service since April, and it's been quite good for watching TV on my iPad. We don't have channels like ITV, so it's great to have them. It's a little glitchy, but I guess it's to be expected for something “free”.
Also, is it possible to try add the Virgin Channels in Ireland? That would be appreciated.

What's taking so long?!
This company is getting hundreds and hundreds of requests to add E4 Extra to their service. Myself included. It's been several weeks, just add E4 Extra already, I'm getting tired of waiting!
You do advertise that you can request channels, so if you're not going to add E4 Extra despite the thousands of requests asking you to add it, well then that's false advertising and a huge shame on you.
