ordered Godfather of Harlem DVD series 8/4/22.The transaction was processed on 8/5/22. Received an email that the item was shipped from fubstore.com on 8/6/22. Have not received items, used the tracking number provided states no information available. I emailed the company from the email provided for an update, comes back undelivered every time. Reeks scam loudly. Shameful, so I say as loud as possible...save your money!!!! I will update you if items are received.

I have ordered 2 seasons of a tv show on DVD, I have payed for it but still not received the DVD. It is impossible to get information or even contact with this shop. Do not order anything here, you never get it and your money is gone.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this site... but like all of you I was also scammed and I should've known better. When you look at their website there's so much that doesn't look right, their address is fake with many spelling errors, the phone # is disconnected and the email address they give isn't a real address either. I was taken in because the price of the DVD box set I ordered was so much cheaper than other sites were charging. I only received one email from their company and from a woman (with her fake name spelled wrong) saying the DVD box set I ordered was shipped and that was over a month ago. But they were very quick to charge me for the item I ordered on my card which has a Chinese name as the company. She emailed me once from the address they give but when I emailed her back 3x, she never responded. And when I tried to email them separately with the address they give, the email came back undeliverable. After doing a lot of research on the tracking # she gave me, it's definitely coming from China, not "Las Vegas, Nevanda." I also saw they had a label created with USPS but that was over a month ago and there's been no movement of shipping the item. And the Chinese tracking # isn't found on the Chinese shipping site that actually does ship items, I know because I had something else long ago shipped to me from China. I've already put thru a claim to dispute the charge on my credit card. NEVER AGAIN and BEWARE OF THIS SITE!

I ordered 3 sets from this company over a month ago and have not yet received any tracking info despite their claim that I would receive one immediately. Their website looks legit but it is impossible to contact them as the key parts to do so ei-code numbers are missing when trying to do so. They charged my credit card over $100.00. I have tried calling and the number is for a prepad phone that is not in service. I tried emailing them and the mailis returned. Big Scam!
