Excellent service from Start to Finish
Just want to say a massive thank you to the whole team at TWC, after purchasing our first house and suffering with black mould and lots of condensation on the windows we decided to get a quote to get new windows and a set of french doors fitted.
From the initial visit from Ian B to come and have a look round and quote it all up for us. Ian was very polite and wasn't pushy in the slightest which can normally be found around people who work in sales, he was upfront and honest with us and put us at ease and really took time to walk us through the process knowing its our first experience buying windows.
We had Shaun come out to survey and measure up the windows fully. Unfortunately he did arrive a little earlier than we had asked for due to work commitments and had left a note through our door saying that he had missed us, (May have been a slight communication error) but after a quick call he was able to turn back and carry out the survey, once again he was very polite and got straight to work and did what he needed to do in a very professional manner and was a very pleasant guy.
Before installation I had a few calls with the office based staff (Unfortunately can't remember any names) each time we called was a pleasant experience with no issues.
Finally the fitters, Darren and Ricky did a superb job of getting the 9 windows and set of french doors fitted quickly and professionally, both of them were very polite and have carried out an amazing job that me and my partner are both very happy with, they tidied up as they worked and you can tell they both really take pride in their work, after walking around and inspecting all the windows after fitting had been completed we were very happy with the results and can't praise these guys enough.
Overall the service from start to finish couldn't have gone smoother, for first time buyers of windows I can't recommend these guys enough, I hope all this feedback is passed along as all the guys involved done an excellent job.

Great product. Poor customer service
Initial interaction with the sales team was positive and placing our order went smoothly.
Date of installation was much later than we'd been led to believe it would be and was then pushed back even further.(Order placed late Nov, led to believe mid Jan for installation but this turned into mid March)
On the day of installation there was an issue with the top light panel of the door (it hadn't been ordered). When I rang to query this while installers were at our house I asked to speak to the sales guy I had dealt with through the process. Both he and his colleague were rude to me. They washed their hands of the problem and said they'd done their job and so what?
When I was phoned back by someone else she basically told me I should have talked about this with installation team and not the sales team. No hint of apology from anyone.
Had to wait a further 2.5 weeks for top light to be installed.
Very pleased with the product (a composite door) but would not recommend TWC to anyone because of the poor quality of their customer service.

The TWC team arrived in good time and dramatic good time to replace my back door in the same way as my recently replaced rear windows. The TWC groundworks and bricklaying team (Tom, Craig and Sam) have finished, walls are up ready for windows and Roof. Replacement Conservatory Roof
We recently had a new roof fitted for our conservatory. Our experience with TWC has been excellent. In particular, Simon and John were outstanding removing the old roof and fitting the new one; they worked tirelessly to ensure we were left water-tight in the depths of a wet January. They were always friendly and polite, and worked extremely hard to get the job done, and to a high standard. Other staff of note, were Mark the plasterer, who did an excellent job and Cam, who came along at the end of the job to clean up and check everything over. Cam worked tirelessly to get the project finished and even spotted a small scratch on the inside of one of the windows, which we hadn't even noticed; he reported this back and a replacement was arranged. All staff were polite and courteous and respectful of our home. We are very happy with the work completed.
