First, these guys have deep expertise and are willing to share it with users with any level of expertise. I have a PhD in Comp Sci but their expertise is far deeper than mine in maintaining and updating PCs. My computer runs better every time I let them work on it, Absolutely outstanding service. Worth every penny!
