Cannot for the life of me get in touch with this company.

First ordered from them a couple of months back - only sent half of my order, still haven’t got the other half and still not resolved because I get no response to my emails, and there’s no phone number.

Thought I’d give it one more try, and EXACTLY the same thing happened with my second order, except this time they also got the half of the order wrong!

Must be an operational disaster over there at the moment, would definitely avoid until they get their act together.

Absolutely delicious food, some of the best I’ve ever had. I was even pleasantly surprised by some of the flavours, on things that I wouldn’t normally like - but they complimented each other very well.

Love the story of Tweakd, their experiences and how that is reflected throughout. Highly recommended.

Great service, great flavours, but the portion sizes are way too small!

Wonderful tasting food, with great portions sizes and a great website showing the macros of each meal. The jerk chicken with mac n cheese was my favourite!

Vegan Nut-free Chicken Satay. Really lovely and tasty. My favourite by far. The drinks are delicious too. My partner enjoys the meat meals. My only (slight) concern is that there could be more vegetarian or vegan food then I could place more orders and enjoy more of the Tweakd delights!

My partner and I have been on Tweakd meals for the past few months. The food is amazing and its so convenient as we both have busy lives. Other than the great taste its a great way of knowing exactly what your consuming calorie wise and we have been able to tailor the plan to our specific goals in terms of nutrition.

I would 100% recommend Tweakd as it is by far the best we have tried and it works great for us.

Gorgeous food and fabulous customer experience. I had a few questions before I ordered and simply emailed the company. I had a response within an hour and an hour later placed my order. Food tastes great and the revamped website is simple and easy to use

I have been ordering meals from Tweak'd for over 6 months now, and can't get enough of them! I'll generally reach for one of their meals around 3-5 nights a week, when I'm preparing something higher calorie for the rest iof the family.
The meals are amazingly tasty and really well-balanced nutritionally. They are not designed to be diet foods (thank God!) but the effect of eating more healthily, with Tweak'd as a core element of my weekly meal planning, has had a profound effect on my weight - I have lost over 1.5 stone (more than 10 kilos) over this time, without even really trying, and I've never felt healthier. Highly Recommended - and they have just launched a load of new menu items!! Yum!

Easy nutritious meals just when you need them. Tasty and easy to store and cook. Just got myself a job .....and now a personal chef . 10/10 for me x

Fabulous food which takes the effort out of trying to eat a healthy diet. Beautiful flavoured with a vast range of ingredients which I would not stock usually at home. Only problem is that my (adult) children polish them off before I get chance
