Product smells lovely and great ethos. Unfortunately this product didn’t work for me and left my hair feeling coarse rather than soft - I am in a hard water area so maybe this is why.

Amazing products! As someone who has their hair dyed in a salon, Tweakit's shampoo and conditioner have been fantastic for my hair. It keeps my hair soft and shiny and gives a boost to my hair, giving great volume. Considering these are made up from a powder to a liquid, it is revolutionary and my refills will be on the way again soon (signed up to the subscription so I do not need to even think about it).
Thank you Tweakit for your amazing customer service and excellent delivery (and of course, for thinking and making this product)

Unfortunately the product isn’t great, it didn’t wash my hair when my freshly washed hair dried it looked and felt greasy like I hadn’t washed it in a week. I tried twice then couldn’t cope and gave up. Love the idea but completely unusable

I’ve already written a review a few months back but now we’re half way through the year and it being August and I’ve been using Tweakit since January… my review is still the same… I ABSOLUTELY LOVE TWEAKIT and I DO RECOMMEND IT!! It does work on all hair types like they say! I have wavy boxed dyed hair, gotta say it keeps my hair wavy and healthy (even more wavy than before) and keeps my dye in my hair so much longer in my hair meaning I don’t need to dye it as often plus notice if I’ve been busy all week and haven’t had time to wash my hair for some reason like it still looks clean and nice! I low Tweakit so much that I’ve gone from washing my hair once a week to twice a week cuz before when I didn’t wash my hair it’s fine and nice etc but the second I went to wash my hair other products would make it worse than before but Tweakit does the opposite which is amazing plus this will be easier to take on holiday!! No more those little travel bottles cuz with mine I’ll be able to keep it empty bottles and do the little magic when you add the powder but do it when I’m at the hotel!! I love tweakit

Love the product and the idea! I had to use quite a lot more shampoo and conditioner than I normally would but still love the product!! It’s an amazing idea :D

I havent gotten the package. I am not able to log in. I know i used this email cause u just sent me an email. I clicked on "forgot password" and didnt get an email back. This is super sketchy and frustrating for me since id really love to know more about my package.

I love the idea but the product stuck in my hair no matter how much I tried washing it out, I could see it on my brush once dried.

I won't be buying the product again as is but if the formula is updated I may give it another go

Ordered the full set with peach and lemon shampoo and conditioner and the mint body wash, really nice product, would highly recommend!

Ordered lavender body wash mixed like a magic potion. Skin felt very hydrated. Love it. I will definitely buy it again.

Good little product

The shampoo arrived earlier than expected and the product is amazing. My hair is softer and easy to use.

I actually love the products, out of all skin care brands this is my favourite. Packaging is sustainable and well designed. Works well on my sensitive skin. I reached out with a few questions about my purchase and they responded really quick.

Love the smell of the S&C. The packaging is v cute. Shipping was fab. Website easy to use.

Order lush lavender and might mint so easy to mix and really enjoyed using these products.

I love the idea of this but I just don't feel the shampoo lived up to its ideal. Sticking with bar shampoo instead.

Absolutely love this product, the concept and the brand. I’ve been watching and patiently waiting for Tweakit to launch since I started following them on Instagram! My favorite product is the body wash, my skin smells and feels amazing!!!

it was so much fun to mix! Really brought the curls out in my hair. Loved the jasmine and sea salt.

Finally a sustainable products that smells nice and cleans well.
