If I could give more stars, I would! Will from Tweed outdoor, went above & beyond! I was a bit late in ordering my sons tweed gilet I need for world book day (he wanted to go as Jeremy Clarkson) I bought the gilet & then realised I didn’t select express postage, will took the time to respond to my frantic email on a Sunday! To say not to worry he’ll sort it, just when I thought he couldn’t be any more amazing he emailed a few days after to say the gilet I ordered was missing a button & he’d ordered me a new one but due to it not being able to arrive in the post in time, he would get someone to hand deliver it to me! And low & behold Wednesday afternoon, gilet delivered! Absolutely perfect fit & beautiful quality! We will now use tweed outdoor for all of our buys now! Because of Will & his fantastic customer service, which is so so rare these days! Thank you so much Will for making my son look the part :)

Will from Tweed outdoor offers just the best service. I ordered the wrong pair of wellies, he saw my online review, reached out to me and I now have a much better pair of Agile’s.

Following a problem with my first order (not their fault), the owner of the company personally contacted me and took responsibility for resolving my problem. A new coat was despatched and received in less than a week, fits me perfectly, is well-made and looks great. It is a waxed jacket and will keep me warm and dry, whilst walking my dogs. Their customer service is top notch.

Had a great experience with this company, despite the number of negative reviews, I took the punt, and so pleased I did. I had a couple of queries and Will was very responsive and notified me of a delay with my order due to the boots in stock being faulty, so he was waiting for more stock, he offered me a 10% discount on my order as an apology. Once again n stock, the order was quickly dispatched and received, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchases.

Horrendous experience. Ordered a jacket with express delivery. Jacket was due for delivery Tue-Fri. Wednesday comes and the item hadn't been dispatched, I sent 2 messages through the website with no response, I sent an email to the sales contact, no response. I still have no jacket, no refund and at this point I had to contact my credit card company for a charge back. I'm not even sure this is a real company.

Bought two hats from them for Xmas presents. The one for my cousin was too small so I requested an exchange. Not only did they send me a free shipping label for the return they posted out an other in the correct size before they had the original back. All between Xmas and the New Year. Amazing customer service, thank you.

I placed and paid for a purchase on the 16th of December. It is now the 25 th of December and no sign. The delivery was supposed to be within 5/6 working days .No communication from them and unable to communicate with them .
Don’t fall into this trap people.

Just received the Walkers and Hawkes wax jacket I ordered through Tweed Outdoor.
I will be honest and say that I saw a couple of reviews that said this company was a scam, however it is certainly not. Received the jacket in perfect condition and it only took a few days to come. I had emailed the company asking for tracking and they got back to me the same day. Great service! Guy named Will got straight back to me. Thank you. I recommend this company and will use again in the future.

Amazing service. Ordered the wrong size shirt. I emailed and they sent me a new one immediately with a returns label for the old one attached to the email. Really efficient. Will definitely buy from them again.

Had a pair of wellies that split within the warranty period. I emailed the company on a Sunday morning and received a reply Sunday evening! New wellies on the way and postage label provided to return the faulty wellies. Can't ask for better than that. Highly recommend Tweed Outdoor

What a fabulous British company. Ordered men's black midland cape coat, rcd confirmation of purchase by email & anticipated delivery date. It arrived in that timescale. Quality of coat is superb & British made. Very happy customer 😀 thank you

Placed order. Concerned over no contact. Eventually found a number who was supposed to be despatching department who passed message on. In an email was promised partial refund of postage (next day delivery) plus a discount and the item to be delivered. Then nothing. No refund, no item and no further contact. SCAM SCAM SCAM! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

I had a problem with the product they supplied....not their problem, a manufacturing one. I advised them by email and had an almost instant very satisfactory response and replacements were sent immediately.
Extremely good and courteous service.

Ordered a Walker & Hawkes derby tweed mens jacket. Excellent quality but unfortunately the sizing was too big. Contacted customer services (Will) and an exchange for the smaller size was organised and dispatched (FOC) before I had chance to return the first jacket!
Replacement arrived within 2 days. Excellent service and great quality coat for the price. Very pleased.

Ordered over a week ago. Despite promises of delivery, Royal Mail still have not received the item.
They either do not have listed items in stock or are not able to complete orders.

Recently bought a wax brown gilet. A first class garment at an unbelievable price. Great quality and comfort at a uniquely affordable price.
(Dont know how they do it - Made In England too!)

Ordered a man's wax jacket from Tweedoutdoor, responsive sales (Will), to query re sizing. Quick delivery, excellent value for a well made wax jacket, and good fit thanks to the advice given. Good experience all round.
