Tweed's always provide great customer service, with a personal touch, offering great advice and accurate etas, their rates are compatible on home heating oil, coal, gas and boiler servicing. They do offer many other services and products, which I have not had the joy of purchasing so far. They are my go to, and would I never go by them. Keep up the good work Tweed's! Ps I can't remember the exact date in February, sorry.

I’ve used Tweeds for decades and never a problem! Quick delivery of oil and coal. The drivers are superb and even open bags and fill the coal bunker which is a great help! 5 *!

I’ve been dealing with Tweeds for some years now for both heating oil and bottled gas. Yesterday was the first time I used them for boiler servicing. I had to specify a timeframe due to work commitments and it was honoured. Definitely in this day and age it’s great to deal with a local Company who clearly respect the needs of their customers.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Stephen came out quickly to survey my old tank, and the team kept me fully updated throughout. In just a few hours they replaced the tank, serviced the boiler, and even filtered the oil. Professional, efficient, and hassle-free—highly recommend Tweeds

Price is generally competitive, if better is on the market they do their best to match it. Delivery prompt and when promised, if not before. Drivers courteous and efficient.

Refund for not being able to receive the amount originally ordered was processed without having to get in contact to request it.

In a pickle tweeds customer service team is 100% helpful and friendly. Also their website is also easy to use and can order heating oil in minutes, delivered fast and efficient.

I've been a regular customer of Tweeds Oil for over 20 years, believing in "keeping it local" as much as possible. Payment is set up with Standing Order making everything very easy & all in my control as I can set my SO to whatever I want and change it whenever I need.

Orders are usually competitive with other companies, and they generally price match anyway. Deliveries are normally within a few days of the phone call but they also do a monthly top up service if that's what you require. A few times I've run out and they've done their best to keep me warm!

Staff are friendly both in the office or in the delivery lorries.

This company is always on time with their deliveries, good value for money and simple to order from. I particularly like the courteous and obligingcway in which they deal with their customers. Highly recommend 👌

10/10 Always extremely punctual (If I pay extra for the next day delivery which I do 9 times out it 10, it’s always in my tank before 10am next day!) I’ve even called into their office one evening in Islandmagee for emergency next day which I couldn’t do online, and again excellent customer service face to face. Even helpful advice from the delivery guy when I was trying to get my empty boiler going again, 10/10. Superb all round, been using 3 years on the trot, never will even to think to use anyone else. Always finds my tank with no problems too amongst these apartments. Thank you always for everything team Tweeds Fuels!
