Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 61 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers found the service incredibly useful for cleaning up old posts, particularly appreciating its ability to save time by mass deleting tweets that no longer reflected their current views or brand image. Many people highlighted the efficiency and ease of the process, noting that it made the daunting task of managing years of social media content much less stressful and more manageable. The ability to filter by keywords, dates, or engagement was particularly valued, allowing users to be selective in their deletions and maintain a tidy, refreshed online presence. However, some customers also noted that the filtering didn't always work as expected, and a few mentioned that the interface felt a bit clunky or required more clicking than desired. There were also comments about wishing for more guided processes or clearer progress details during the deletion, suggesting that while effective, the user experience could be enhanced with minor adjustments.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE unless you like trouble.

I wanted to unsubscribe from my advanced plan which did not work because of their malfunctioning website. No matter what I tried and which browser I used it gave me an error code. So I contacted "support" and exchanged a dozen emails with them without getting anywhere, instead they tried to coax me into an upgrade. My subscription is still pending ...

NOT recommended!

Very good tool

Very good tool. I automatically deleted 1,900 old tweets. So much faster than before, when I was trying to delete them one by one. :D
I can’t say anything bad about it. Everything worked for me.

Whatever the company writes as a comment, THEY ARE LYING.

Don't Fall For It...SCUM

I have bought their Unlimited packaged but thankfully I have chosen monthly and not annually!
They advertise that they can access the last 3,000 tweets...WRONG! Barely 500!
Their filtering doesn't work!
I have tried to manually erase tweets and after deleting approximately 600 it gave me a msg that I have no more tweets to delete!!! I have like 43K more posts! I have created a new post today (17/09/25) but it's not shown in my Dashboard! This site is a SCUM.
