It's painfully slow and will take months & a lot of your own time to delete if you have a lot of tweets. Even to filter and search the tweets to start the actual task takes AGES. I'd go faster by manually deleting! And the customer service is just copy-paste replies. I paid an annual subscription and they're declining a refund. I would NOT recommend.
