And the full story is not advised on the website, I reached out to them and they said I had to get the data from Twitter first and upload (which in my case it’s impossible for me to get the data as my country isn’t supported). I asked for a refund and they claim no refunds. So this is how money wasted due to them not being truthful about the real process to deleting old tweets. I had initially thought just granting access is the process but turns out that is not the case!!! Why will you not refund when clearly what I paid for is what I am not getting
