Worst experience EVER. Never getting ths refund. GASLIT.

Where do I even start with this?

Ordered the Catwoman Maquette statue back in 2025 due to issues with personal life and later US customers being hit with news on tariffs. This is the timeline of events:
- Followed up on April 29, 2025, April 30, 2025, May 2, 2025, January 6, 2026, and emailed (let's call him) CEO guy about it on January 1, 2026. I admit I should have contacted more, but given what happens later, doubt it would have done anything.
- They FINALLY replied back January 20, 2026 saying my name was on a refund list and I would be contacted for my PayPal to process refunds in "batches".
- I followed up February 17, March 6, and on March 18 after which I received an email to confirm my shipping address. So I did no such thing but reminded them of the refund they told me about.
- I followed up again on March 27.
- DING DING DING! The statue is at my door around March 30. I wasn't home at the time, but I responded to them April 2 LIVID.
- They say they "forgot" (HA!) only AFTER I threatened to leak this story to a respected collector on YouTube who CEO guy himself has come to his shows! Even straight up GASLIT me saying I "only just" asked for a refund when they emailed to confirm my shipping address on March 18. HILARIOUS. I gave them receipts and timestamps and that shut them up good.
- April 8. They try to appease me by saying I can keep the statue but I'd still get refunded.
- Since then, RADIO SILENCE! And I followed up OVER 22 TIMES! I even got the aforementioned Youtuber to email them AND CEO GUY on June 6, and they're ghosting him, too! A reminder that CEO guy actually came to his shows.

SCAM COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I decided to buy from them directly to support "the little guy" and this is what I get. Now I see statue videos and the entire comments are flooded with people groaning and bemoaning about Tweeterhead, who we've all unanimously agreed is essentially a scam. Boy, did I learn the hard way.
