I’ve been trying to contact them regarding cancelling an order immediately after it was placed in error and no response, I’ve paid £100+ and should be able to cancel before it’s shipped?
I am happy to edit the review if my order can be cancelled & refunded as it says on the T&Cs for the product I ordered

Last year the company was brilliant. They gave me so much bottles this year the company was awful. They sent me 12 bottles which is not gonna last me up to a year. I requested to have 15 more bottles. Their manager refused and said no I paid £387 out of my account which they took out. It was an embarrassment and the manager was shameful. I would not use this company. They did it to themselves.

It's so easy to deal with twenty-one again.

Their customer service is simply the best. They always respond and act quickly.

I had a delivery issue with Royal mail. Customer service was straight on it and kept me updated every step of the way.

I cannot recommend this company enough.

Amazing products, couldn’t recommend a company enough.

Hair Loss Treatment. Made My Hair Worse and Customer Service Ghosted Me I’ve been struggling with thinning hair for years, so when I saw TwentyOneAgain’s hair loss serum advertised as clinically proven and better than minoxidil I was hopeful. At £85 for a small bottle, it’s pricey, but I figured it might be worth it if it actually worked. The first red flag was the packaging—the bottle arrived leaking, and about a quarter of the product had spilled out. I contacted support, and they apologized and sent a replacement (which also leaked, but less badly) I applied it as directed for two months, and not only did I not see any regrowth, but my hair actually started falling out more. I panicked and stopped using it, but the excessive shedding continued for weeks. I sent photos and a detailed email to their support team, and after one vague reply hair shedding can be part of the process they completely ghosted me. No follow-up, no refund, nothing. I’ve since switched to a cheaper, pharmacy-brand minoxidil, and my hair is finally stabilizing. This product is a complete rip-off, and their customer service is a joke.

Was recommended the hair lotions from a friend. As I had slight thinning and as a girl it was worrying me.

But within 2 months of using the lotion my hair has become thicker and has gotten its volume back. Will definitely recommend.

No order received despite £368 taken from credit card. Find somewhere else as it looks like I'll have the pain of the chargeback process via the credit card 🥴

Updated review. Support did respond based on the review... Suddenly it's dispatched and suddenly it can't be refunded. Should have just acknowledged the order instead of sitting on it. One star changed to 3

Inadequate packaging and all wet through, leaking inside the bag. Worst experience and support too slow at responding. I am definitely in touch with credit card company. All loose bottles in a thin jiffy bag. No wonder bottles have been squished and leaked.

My crown was thinning and you could see the scalp but after 2-3 months of using the lotion my hair has grown back significantly and now you can’t even notice the thinning. Definitely recommend this company!
