Still waiting for my order

I ordered a candle for a friends Birthday over two weeks ago and it still has not arrived.
Absolutely terrible customer service, I have emailed the company 4 times and they have not responded at all.
I am extremely dissatisfied and would certainly not recommend the company

Most disappointed with my order

Most disappointed with my order. I ordered 4 candles to give to friends who have lost loved ones at this time of year

My order arrived but they are plain glass jars containing a candle but no little verse as you display on your advert

You are charlatans preying on the bereaved at this time of year

As a company you disgust me

Ordered a Personalised First Home candle for £17.99 with map of street address of the new home in a heart shaped graphic. Quality of the graphics is so poor you can barely make out the map and definitely not the street name, which was the whole point of the item.
Contacted with a complaint and had no response to date. Poor value/ item.

Still waiting

Still waiting. They have said they dispatched it but Royal Mail don't have anything so don't believe it's been dispatched. This is shocking as it was supposed to be a gift for my friend who lost her mother in the UK, Im in Australia and i planned for it to arrive for her mothers memorial service so she would have something special. Not just flowers. So, here we are. Bad communication or lack of and customer service is shocking. DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Item purchased as a gift

Item purchased as a gift. arrived late. Poor quality anyway so would have returned it
Retuned it at my own cost the same day it arrived. No refund issued. No response to multiple emails sent. Ended up opening a case with PayPal. Eventually after 6 weeks got refund

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service! Ordered nearly a month ago & it still hasn't been dispatched but they've taken my money! It was supposed to be 2-3 working days! No updates or communication despite me sending multiple messages & emails. Do not use this company!!

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service, lack of communication, lack of clarity, I ordered an item for up coming mothers day, OVER a week ago, no update, I emailed them, to be told that Yodel has had the item all this time. they didnt even check the status. It took a call to my bank to action a Charge Back to my card, that my bank sorted out swiftly. I have bought from this company twice before, never again Im affraid. The sporadic communication is beyond sluggish, They do not care about their customers and the 'love' at teh end of their emails given the situation I was in was beyond patronising. Its a shame as I wanted my mum to have a certain item for mothers day. I cannot recommend this company, there is zero reliability or communication.

Received candles very disappointed no smell the room only bit and it goes off and back on goes off … other candle same

This was expensive and wasn’t for the price
So disappointed
Never buy for this candles again and I want refund back to my account

I placed an order 2 weeks ago

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. I've not yet received anything. I've emailed the company on numerous occasions with no response. Do not order from this company. You don't receive your goods, and the customer service is disgusting. If I could have given it no stars I would. I'm very annoyed with the company.

So angry with myself for not looking…

So angry with myself for not looking here earlier. Placed an order via not on the high street not really knowing it was just like a marketplace. Ordered a candle which is time sensitive but should have been delivered 3 days before it was needed.
Wish I’d read reviews on this company before ordering as now as I see my gift isn’t going to arrive.
So do yourself a favour and order elsewhere this company clearly do not care and do not respond

Do not order anything from this…

Do not order anything from this company! They’re absolutely useless and do not care about their customers. I ordered something on Christmas Eve, it’s now 19/01 and I’ve just received part of the order (no free candle) although they’ve added that to the invoice. I’ve had to chase this order on several occasions and most of my emails have been ignored and they do not respond to any social media messages. Avoid this company at all costs! Happy to take your money but not happy to return when you request a refund.

Scam or unable to run a business?

Unsure if this company is a scam or if they cannot keep up with demand after extensive online advertising. Ordered beginning of December for some secret Santa gifts. Still hadn’t arrived after 2 weeks so multiple emails and no reply eventually someone on Instagram said they will send replacement on 24h postage. Still waiting for that to arrive out of pocket and out of time now having to source replacement presents

Never received

I did not receive my first lot of samples. Emailed them and they said they couldn't track it and blamed Royal Mail. So ok I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then they said they'd sent them again. Never received them. Emailed twice more. No response and I really don't think Royal Mail is always to blame as I'm receiving my post.
It would be a good idea for them to respond to emails. It does look bad.
They were supposed to be a treat for my mom at Christmas. No chance now

Good customer service chasing lost order

My order didn’t arrive and no email notification so was a bit concerned. I emailed them and the issue was resolved and my order delivered the following day and a further email to make sure all was ok was received. Very well handled and communicated

Do not use this company

I ordered a candle on February 14th still have not received it . Kept getting automated messages saying sorry for the delay . Finally got an email saying we will send you your order in 24 hours . Still not received it . I have just requested a refund. Appalling customer service. Do not use
