Had a broken tap. Fraser came and fixed it also needed a double flush system replaced. Fraser showed me the part I needed to get on Amazon. He was friendly, personable and professional.

Boiler breakdown - coldest of weather
Came out for an emergency when the boiler broke down in the coldest spell in January. They fitted me in. Fraser was personable and lovely and worked through the problem methodically even though it was after hours and got it working. This is the second time I've used them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I also very much appreciated their itemised bill which detailed the steps taken as I keep a record of what i've done to optimise keeping warm, balancing radiators etc and work done to my aging boiler so this was very useful.
