Hello there, We don’t give free items I’m afraid. All items that were paid for were included in your parcel.
An email was sent to you regarding the £0.00 product in your order that had generated an incorrect quantity as you had tried to place an order for 350+ items showing for zero pounds. As explained this was a glitch and you were sent your two orders you had placed via the website that included your selected paid for items for each order you made.
