Never received my order

I ordered some stickers from this shop in a Winter/January 2024 sale - I never received them. I contacted the shop three times, over the last few months, and didn't get one reply. I then made a complaint through Shopify, which prompted the seller to send me a dispatch email, with a tracking reference. That was well over a month ago now, and the tracking info (basically, 'we're awaiting this parcel'), hasn't been updated since. I ended up getting a refund through PayPal. I would be very wary about buying from this seller.
