Why do you send items out of they have not been fully paid for?
Not at all impressed. Be upfront and charge correctly. No customer wants to pay extra, 2 months later. You seem to be reasonable, but only because you charge the vat later.
Brilliant product which I received and was a very welcome Christmas gift. I never dare order anything from social media ads but this was a success
They’re quite fun but expensive for what they are. One of the items was completely wrong, received a copper colour instead of the opal, emailed them but didn’t receive a response. Won’t bother with them again
Such a cool product! Looks even better than the photos. And my order arrived in just 2 days. SO happy
Makes a great effect in fizzy drinks but I did find the glitter bits quite big and I was surprised by this and so when I had a drink sometimes I could taste the glitter and it was slightly off putting. But it did make my drinks look nice but you do need a stirrer to constantly keep it going.
Fast delivery/fab item/everyone loved the shimmer and long lasting - highly recommend- 5*+ thank you 👏
I ordered the Halloween pack of Orange, Purple and Green Glitter. I received black instead of Purple. I contacted the company who not only told me to keep the black but sent me an entire new set as an apology. In effect I recieved 6 glitters paying only for 3. Very prompt, excellent customer service, very kind of them to do so without being asked.

Absolutely incredible service at first my order hadn’t arrived on time when I mentioned this another order was sent out asap and arrived the next day with a complimentary mixing spoon the response was so quick thank you Tim the quality of the product is amazing too and prices compared to others are actually decent will defiantly be ordering again.
I have not received part of my order or an email response from my pointing this out.
