fake frangace! do not waste your money.

Shame you can’t give zero stars! Looks like I’m in a huge line of disappointed customers. Paid £50 nearly for a jacket back in October…. 15 emails later going round in circles about waiting for the delivery and some lie about sorting office issues, they finally agreed to a refund…. 10 emails later still no refund and a promise of resending despite me saying I don’t want it now, so looks like no refund. They all act dumb like they don’t know what’s happened and have no complaints process as I have asked for this several times. Needs to be taken off of Instagram and Facebook as was on there as an online shop. Disgusting service and have made so much money and out of conning people.

Ordered in 7th Nov 2023, was told 11th dec 2023 purchase delieved, It was not. Found a customer service to email, they emailed back saying sorry the purchase is in transit and will be with us in 15 days, To date i have not recieved anything. Purchased 2 North Face jackets. ive been taken for a fool.

I order a North face jacket in November jacket never ever appeared despite them saying it had been delivered after several emails to them and getting the same response everytime saying sorry for the delay we will look into this for you still never received the jacket. This is a complete scam and I am now out of pocket. People need to be made aware of this company and avoid at all costs. This company needs to be investigated.

SCAM company. Ordered a jacket before Christmas and it never turned up. I have sent several emails and I get the same response "will update". This company should be shutdown. I never got my money back either. Appalling.

Ordered two tops beginning of November to arrive for Christmas, they have never turned up , have emailed several times and get the same response they will look into it sorry for the inconvenience. They have never replied . Total scam £35 down

Ordered 2 x jackets on 23rd November. I knew that wouldn't be genuine but for that price it doesn't matter. The jackets were apparently in the UK at my local sorting office from 8th December and it took until the 24th December for Twinklevm's made up tracking website to claim that they had been delivered. Despite me emailing them numerous times to advise they hadn't turned up, they kept on reassuring me that they would. When I told them that the jackets hadn't turned up and requested a full refund, they ignored me. No jackets were ever delivered and I have been on to my credit card company this morning to claim my money back. Complete scam!!

We paid £48 for two jackets as Christmas presents. They never arrived and family members had to go without. We have reported this to the right authorities. Would love to complain to Facebook but trying to find someone to talk to is near on impossible.

Still waiting for my 2 jackets I ordered tracking said delivered on 23 December and I was in all day not a happy camper 🤬😡

Payed for two jackets from North Face. It's been a month and nothing has arrived. The code used for tracking appears to be phony as well.

Ordered a Northface jacket over a month ago and it still hasn't turned up..
Thought it was too good to be true..
