Twinkly customer service is top notch
Twinkly customer service is top notch! I had an issue w one of my strands w my application but wasnt able to correct it w the trouble shooting via the app so i emailed Twinkly. They quickly responded. I told them my issue, sent them a video showing what was going on, sent them a little more info and within 2 weeks of me having the issue got an email saying my replacement lights were on their way. I LOVE the twinkly products and have nothing negative to say about my experience w Twinkly. I have had 8 strangers call my business ( where i used the lights) asking who/what i used for my holiday lights. Their product and their customer service rocks!

I love these lights! They are so much fun. Customer service is awesome too. I had a little problem with the power supply and they took care of it right away.
Excellent customer service for broken string
I had set up a string outside and before I was done, my dog managed to run through and got tangled up in them and broke the wires and the power supply. I was able to promptly get some advice on how to repair and also got a new power supply shipped, all during the busy holiday season.

Immersed in the magic of Twinkly
I recently purchased several Twinkly products. First, I bought the 600-light string and tree star, which I thought were fantastic. Delighted, I decided to immerse myself in the Twinkly magic and added more products to my collection: curtains, icicle lights, and spritzers. But the best thing is their technical support, which responds immediately to resolve any questions or issues with the products. They've been wonderful to me, and that's what gives users the confidence to continue buying their products.
High end commercial products deserve immediate telephone support. Not 24 hours later by email.
Getting tech support through our dealer was awful so we began searching for phone numbers to get help with a $45,000 Twinkly Pro tree but could not find a phone number anywhere to give us immediate support. I began trying to get help by submitting a web form and posting my disgust on Facebook and within 24 hours I got a response back with the info I needed. It is a shame that there is no phone number for commercial high end customers to call in the USA to get support. However I am happy now but I expect more immediate service when I pay for high end products.

Excellent customer support
Love these lights - wi-fi connectivity to update settings outside in winter can get a bit difficult vs. other products but with a bit of patience, it's always worked out. Had an issue with a failed power supply (which lasted a good 3 years) and was unable to find a suitable replacement online - Twinkly Customer Support was very responsive, sent me a replacement free-of-charge, and even proactively followed up to ensure I had received it. Can't say I've ever had customer support of any company follow-up like this - kudos and thanks Twinkly!

Unfortunately, one channel on the Christmas tree I inherited was defective. An email to Twinkly support was answered within a day. After determining the correct connector, it was shipped to the Netherlands, and I received it within a week, just before Christmas.

Some of our twinkly lights are seasonal, one set with a power support issue shortly after plugging in a few days ago for the first time in a while. Raised a ticket with relatively low expectations, but received a very prompt response with clear steps to take forward and resolve.
These lights are are a premium product & experience, it’s reassuring to know this is backed up by support - thank you Maura!

Had a problem with my app after many years of excellent operation, have sent email to customer Service, Maura replied to me asking for some screenshots, she noticed the problem, suggested the solution and problem is solved in less than 48 hours.
Several problems solved quickly
In early December I had a few problems - power supply failureand Control channel failure with some older products and a new product supplied with the wrong controller.
I reported my issues to the help team at Twinkly and they issued spares to fix these problems. This did involve quite a bit of detailed investigation and reporting back but given the time of year the Twinkly response was outstanding. I was kept up to date with all the investigation and the problems are all now fully resolved. Great team, great support and great products.

Twinkly provide the worst customer…
Twinkly provide the worst customer support that I have ever experienced. I purchased lights from Twinkly they developed a defect after 22 days. Twinkly support spent 3 weeks requesting video evidence of the defect. I requested the details of the their complaints procedure not they just seem to ignore you. They eventually asked me to revert to the online retailer to request a return. I see no purpose of reporting anything to Twinkly if they are NOT prepared to facilitate the repair or return of their defective product.
