well the system is fun but…

well the system is fun but its really a bad app for the setup and they have NO interess in making a fix the set om of light it will be so easy to make it so you can set in a coler code but no well if it was just that.
try and ask on ther forum/customer service how vi can get so we can swet 2 start timers and ther fix is use googel home or Amazon home NOOOOOOOOO FIX YOUR APP it will be so easy to pogram so you cane make a 1000 timers but you do not care

Great customer support over years

I have had multiple sets of twinkly lights for at least five years now. Anytime I’ve had any issue with one of them, customer support has been quick to take care of my problem. Not only do I love the idea of being able to set the lights up in any formation I want but to then be able to program any light show in the formation is awesome. Highly recommended

My request for a power supply…

My request for a power supply replacement could not have gone any better. Response was quick and the replacement part shipped within a matter of days. During the process the Twinkly team kept me advised on progress. Longtime user and fan of multiple Twinkly products.

Love my Twinkly lights which I think…

Love my Twinkly lights which I think this is my 4th Christmas. I had to reach out for help as I could not get to work on Bluetooth.
I'm almost 80 and memory not good.
Help from Maura came very quickly and very detailed to help me get going. They are amazing lights just to cleaver for a old lady 😂 I would love to buy another string of these but they are so clever if younger I would use them all year , totally amazing and thank you for the help

Best lights and best customer service

Twinkly and the Twinkly support team always response quickly to questions or concerns, and continues to provide support for products outside of the warranty period. I will continue to buy Twinkly lights (added four more sets this season) - the best lights in the industry backed by the best customer service.

Exceptional Service

I had some power adapters go out and the customer service was exceptional. They went through what to do, reminded me to send pics when I forgot and helped get the replacements ordered. 10/10

Customer service is great

Customer service is great. They have been responses the numerous times that I have contacted them. The issue has been defective power supplies that fail randomly. Twinkly has and is replacing them without too much fanfare. they simply ask for photos of the units and screenshots of the system. I just wish shipment of replacement items was quicker.

Great customer service

I damaged a wire on my Twinkely Square and reached out to customer service. They were helpful and responsive. They located a replacement part and sent it to me. My lights will be up for the holidays!

Great customer service

I had an incredible experience with Twinkly’s customer support! I ran into a power supply issue with my lights, so I reached out via email and included my product’s serial number. Their team responded quickly, handled everything with zero hassle, and had a replacement on the way before I knew it. It’s rare to find a company this responsive and committed to standing behind their products—Twinkly has definitely earned a loyal customer!

World Class Service

​I cannot recommend the Twinkly Customer Support team highly enough—they truly set the gold standard for post-purchase service!
​I have a set of lights that are approaching five years old, and unfortunately, the power adapter finally gave out. Knowing the product was past any typical warranty, I was prepared to purchase a replacement adapter, but I quickly discovered it wasn't a standard item available for separate purchase.
​After checking forums and even an AI assistant, I was directed to email Customer Support. I sent them a quick message explaining the situation. Within a surprisingly short time, a representative asked for a couple of simple verification photos of my current setup. That was it!
​They immediately confirmed they would ship me a brand new replacement power adapter! To fix a five-year-old product that wasn't their fault and send the replacement halfway across the world is simply astounding.
​In a world where companies often push you to buy a whole new product, Twinkly went the extra mile to save my existing one. This level of support shows a deep commitment to their product quality and, more importantly, to their customers.

The most amazing customer service

Twinkly has its flaws with…

Twinkly has its flaws with waterproofing and bulbs failing with not able to replace, though it is the only item that you can map with your phone.
If you take all the steps to take care of your product it should work fine for years. I have had issues with updates that kill the product.
Have worked with Twinkly Customer Support, and they are very understanding. As long as you show what your lights are doing or video proof that you have gone through all the steps to get your lights working, you will be taken care of.
Thank you to Maura, Paola, and Alessandra for helping with all of my troubles, your help is greatly appreciated.
