A part was out of stock and Tom instantly called me to discus my options and supplied my a different brand, will use them again

I made a purchase late on in the day and thought I would have to have waited and extra day due missing postage but I just made it and then I received a phone call from a member of staff letting me know that they had spotted my order just in time and would therefore be with me. Absolute pleasure dealing with Tom and Twinwoods. Jumped into a discussion I was having on the FB D2 Owners page and explained the reasons behind the carriage charges.

I've been using Twinwoods for Land Rover parts for a couple of years now so this is from just one of many purchases I've made during that time, but it's been the same time and time again: there is nowhere else I have found with such good customer service. Unsure what to get for your specific problem or need? Tom will give you genuine, honest advice from a place not only of knowing what sells well and what doesn't, what gets returned/warrantied and what doesn't, etc, but also of a real Land Rover fan and owner who does his own thing too. If one option is more expensive but doesn't suit you, he'll tell you so rather than getting you to spend the extra money just for the sake of his bottom line. You won't always find the absolute cheapest price here compared to every single other 4x4 parts company in the UK, but you WILL always find the best customer service. I know every time I speak to Tom I can trust exactly what he says and follow his advice. I know every time I need or want a part he will have it or be able to get it for me, and I'll know what to expect in terms of quality, manufacturer, and when it'll be here. Can't ask for more than that.
