Right part, quickly delivered
When you need a part, sometimes you need it quickly - I did and Twinwoods delivered. Parts were reasonably priced and correct, and delivery was fast (but obviously you have to pay for it). Would use again, thanks!

TD5 turbo upgrade feed pipe
Ordered td5 turbo feed pipes from twinwoods slight delay due to manufacturing, out of there hands plenty of communication and when received well packaged would definitely use twinwoods 4x4 again very happy.

Highly reputable
This is a highly recommended distributor for quality land rover parts, I ordered their TD5 green top injector sealing kit which has solved my leaking injectors perfectly, & to compliment the new seals I ordered their sealed injector harness to mitigate the oil creep into the ECU I’ve experienced which should now be mitigated properly. Spied some other parts they offer for my defender I’ll be interested in with no hesitation to order from them once more.

Delivery costs is something we often look at. Unfortunately these are out of our control and at present are partly subsidised by us. Currently all the couriers have additional charges for HGV shortages (HGV surcharge which started in November 2021) and a Variable Fuel Surcharge, both of which combined add nearly 20% to the shipping cost. Because it is charged as a percentage, our overseas customers suffer even more as the shipping costs are higher in the first place and get exponentially more expensive.
Still overall we have found DHL to be the best value as we have very few issues with them and our customers retain some control over their delivery. We have tried Royal Mail which is a lot cheaper especially for smaller orders but comes with a host of issues which are out of our control plus someone has to physically go to a Post Office (if one is open) and manually deal with each order. With the volume of parcels it is not really feasible, and the chance of it not reaching you at all is quite high.
We try to encourage our customers to place “decent orders” to make the most of the shipping cost and we do occasionally run promotions where free shipping is included. In the past we have had free shipping over a certain amount and this is something we may reintroduce. We also have many customers who come to pick up their orders as we are one of the few Land Rover parts companies who still welcome this, and you are welcome to a coffee and a biscuit while you are here!

Only complaint is the extra delivery charge but as we all know this is the couriers ripping people off.
