You know full well you told me on the phone you'd cancelled my order from delivery then once I changed my PayPal to undelivered. You changed it to delayed to keep me from getting my money back. Now I'm stuck with an ignition that turned up after the job was finished. 3 days after I paid you still hadn't posted it, AVOID!!

Hi Nick, thanks for posting a review and confirming receipt of the order. We appreciate your honest opinion but just want to clarify a few things. You ordered from us and were advised the part was not in stock and we would order it in for you, which we did.
On the morning of your delivery we received an email from PayPal stating you had opened a case because of the quality of the part. After a few minutes we realised you hadn't received the part from us, and the photo you sent was taken the day before (at that time even we had not received it from our supplier). Through our magical powers we could see where in your house the photo was taken and exactly when (even the temperature in the room!). Suspecting fraud we suspended your delivery, but not your order - we cannot just cancel your order as that could be unfair for the customer/you. After a few messages back and forth via Paypal you realised you had made a mistake and the part you had received was from someone else. Not a problem (for us), we all make mistakes, but we couldn't un-cancel your delivery for that day.
Once we all realised it was an innocent mistake and you weren't just pulling our legs we allowed DHL to deliver the parcel which they did just as soon as they could.
You are more than welcome to return your unwanted part for a refund inline with our terms and conditions and we will refund it.
Not that complicated is it? We look forward to hearing from you and can assure you we are pretty helpful, more so than most in this business.

Amazing service
Amazing service. They always go above and beyond to ensure the purchasing and delivery is a seamless process, and respond quickly to any questions, which is reassuring because I'm in Australia so I can't just stop in to their workshop.
