Fantastic time!
My daughter and friends laughed and smiled all the way through the tutor for the wave rider he was one nice chap who was fun and helped in all ways possible same for the climbing all in all, all the staff were helpful and just went that extra mile to make sure a good time was had, looking to book for another time soon maybe I will give the wave rider a go this time 😦🤣👍🏻

Awsome birthday party for a 12 year old child and friends. Indoor Body boarding and surfing. All the staff were amazing. The catering food was fresh, loads of selection. Mostly the activity coach Jacob was so friendly, fun, all kids had a fab time. Would love to return for the same and different activities again soon. Many thanks!!! 😊

A great experience, but it was over far too quickly. We should have done this indoor sky-dive two-years ago to mark a landmark birthday for both of us, but those damned covid lockdowns kept getting in the way.
It was well worth the wait though, and now the rest of the family want to have a go as well.

The skydiving activity was a fantastic experience. Teenage son loved it. Thanks Twinwoods!

My first visit place is a bit shabby and the outside is very shabby. Was told to arrive 30 minutes before our appointment for the salt cave so we did. Was kept waiting in reception for ages then asked to complete a form which took 2 minutes then told to go to the first floor where we stood for 20 minutes like lemons. The lady at the cafe bar said you can sit but we didn't want to mix as lots of youngsters and we were wearing masks. The first floor is where they do the surfing so its really really noisy just what you don't want before relaxing in the salt caves. We were asked twice if we were there for climbing. Ten minutes after our appointment should have started in the cave a young man arrived and took us down where we had been told to come up from it was a long walk to the cave. This young man could not pronounce any of the ailments that are relieved by salt and are listed on the salt cave entrance which we found unbelievable that he couldn't. We were also told we could leave our valuables in a room that wasn't locked !! The cave itself was ok but again a little shabby. The salt did seem to work but the experience wasn't great especially when we were told our time was up somewhat earlier than we had gone in. We had paid for 30 minutes but received 20.

The booking process was poor - our trip was cancelled twice at short notice with the staff pressuring to book an alternative activity to 'use' our money rather than lose it. On the day the booking was then incorrect leading to an uncomfortable conversation with the reception team. Not a good start! A would rate them 1/5 for customer service.
The sky diving itself was great fun and the instructor was very capable and skilled.

Lovely afternoon, swimming, stem room salt cave,were all good , my daughter had an hour massage which she said hit the spot . Thank you will definitely book again

My 8 and 6 year old had the best time EVER! They did the surfing experience and from start to finish it was great. The instructors were fabulous as were all the staff. I would highly recommend!

We had so much fun doing the indoor surfing as a group for my partner’s birthday. It was perfect for the adults and kids to all have a go and the instructors were excellent. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating was that their wetsuits have definitely seen better days, several of ours had big holes in the back. This didn’t take away from our fun at all though.

Amazing fun afternoon. Escape room was fun for all the family then watching the kids surfing was great. Would highly recommend for a fun family day out

We had an excellent time surfing the indoor wave! Such a lot of fun for the boys (12 & 14) and me (43!)- it was a great activity to do together. The instructor was great too, and we all really enjoyed ourselves!

I been there two weeks ago with my wife and my son for swimming and I was shocked....!!!
Price went up (£12 per person) and the water was cold , coming out from the water the room was more cooler and very disappointed that sauna and steam not working (due to covid)
We wasted £36 for what?
Used to be our favourite place to go for swimming....
Not anymore, unless they will improve and they will refund my money 💸💰£36
