Lovely quality and flavour teas
My go to is 24/7 but I enjoy trying other flavours and an adding to my favourite list.

I love Twist teas. The chocolate rooibus blend is my nightime treat. The only company that makes one that actually tastes chocolatey. Parcels always delivered swiftly and I really look forward to unwrapping the turquoise tissue paper with my tea treats.

So I will start by saying the teas are lovely! They are nice size tea bags and I always want to use the biggest cup I have for brewing them - so I can enjoy more! Flavours were interesting and ultimately delicious so yum!
However, they are VERY pricey for what they are. I have sampled a lot of teas from lots of different company’s- being raised in the industry and enjoying fine teas myself, I was excited when I tried this for the first time. So I got the sample pack which worked out at £16 (so around £1.34 per tea bag) PLUS £6 delivery which totalled at £24, meaning for 12 tea bags in the sample, this worked out at £2 a tea bag - which is a bit of a gamble when you’re taste testing flavours!
On top of that the packaging for that price was very basic, i expected it to be a little more luxurious, they have personalised labels which is a nice touch but the samples were just thrown in this little flat box loosely, so I think there is so much potential for these to be presented better (box wise) for the cost - especially if these were a gift.
The teas are delicious and I like the idea of sampling different flavours however am discouraged from buying again mainly for the hefty delivery cost on top of an initially well priced tea bag and the rather basic packaging.

Twist Teas are refreshing and easy to enjoy. The blend of brewed tea and fruity flavour tastes smooth and not overly sweet. It feels light and crisp, making it a great choice for relaxing or spending time with friends. I particularly love the surprise sample teas in different flavours, which add to the excitement.

Excellent service. Company are friendly and helpful. Product really stands out from other fruit teas. Sale and free postage offer made purchase even better.

I've been buying my tea bags from Twist Teas for a while now, and never had any problems. It's the only place I can buy a similar version of my favourite mint chocolate tea bags once TeaPigs discontinued that flavour. Delivery is always relatively fast via Royal Mail, and Twist Teas have regular discounts and promotions that prompt me to bulk buy and stock up.

Prompt delivery of my favourite tea and as always a couple of extra treats in the box to try.

Fabulous tea , my favourite it the Refresher Green tea but a very close second is All that Jazz tea. Really enjoy my cups of tea.

I first came across Twist Teas by accident in a cafe in Poole, Dorset about five years ago. What struck me was the distinct flavour and high quality of the tea, very different from the competition.
I ordered from their website immediately and was struck by how efficient and easy my experience was. Suffice to say after all these years I'm still ordering tea on a regular basis and look forward to FOC tasters and thank you note they send with every order!
