I’m still waiting for my cards after ordering 7 days ago and the birthday is tomorrow-not even notice of sending! Useless to me!!!
Update. In fairness Twisted apologised and refunded me and had been having a lot of problems with the Post Office.

Hi Stacey, we are glad the card was how you expected it to be. I would like to point out that we do dispatch our cards on the same day or the next working day. When we dispatch our cards it is then down to Royal Mail to deliver. We have no control over that as we are not Royal Mail and are not connected to them in any way. Due to Covid-19 they are suffering a bit and as pointed out on our site delivery can take slightly longer in some cases.
I do hope this does not put you off using us again as we do try our hardest and like I said. We have no control over the delivery service.

Your card was dispatched on the 14th of Sep. We are not in control of delivery, that is down to Royal Mail. If they did not deliver it to you then you should have contacted us to let us know and we could have sent you a replacement.
