Hi, I am really sorry you have not received the card. It was sent on the 27th. Even though Royal Mail has struggled you should still have received the card. If you had reached out to us via email I could have checked you had entered the correct address (in many cases cards that do not arrived tend to be from incorrect address entry) and then got a replacement out immediately.
I also think it is a bit harsh to rate us as a company so badly when we dispatched the card so quickly on a Saturday morning after you ordered and then have another company (Royal Mail) not deliver the card. Is it not their fault rather than ours?
