My order now arrives on time as notified which caused issues late last year. The change of delivery providers is most welcome, - I wasted a lot of time chasing two consecutive orders that were not delivered as expected - the Couriers eventually delivered them 7 and 10 days late resulting in the summer fruit being ruined. The Twisted Citrus Team addressed the issue politely and promptly and without question. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Twisted Citrus have always been very good to deal with and their communication and customer service is excellent. On my first order, because I asked not to receive a chocolate gift, they sent me a branded tea towel… I appreciated the gesture. As for the fruit, they have always been well packed and delivered in a timely manner. It’s interesting that when you do an online supermarket order, the fruit and vege you receive are always a bit of a mixed bag of good and not so good fruit. When I have ordered from Twisted Citrus, every single piece of fruit has arrived without damage from travel, despite being over a thousand kilometres away. There is always a hand written note too and two orders ago, I received a different type of fruit to try - Ugli fruit. It was so delicious, I ordered some in my next order. Now, is the fruit, the most affordable I can get? No. And sometimes I wish I could pick my own combo. But I know, at the end of the day, that every piece has been picked from a local orchard and that every piece arrives fresh and delicious. There’s no waste. Absolutely recommend Twisted Citrus - supermarket fruit is not “just what fruit is like in nz”… there are more options and far better quality out there and Twisted Citrus seems to pride themselves in demonstrating that consistently. Thank you.

Unfortunately a huge fruit (I guess it was a sort of grapefruit) the size of my head, which took up a large amount of space in the box, was rotten on arrival. I’ll give this box order one more chance, but if any more rotten/off/old fruit is added to the next box, I will delete any future orders and go elsewhere.
