Faulty SSD after one month and no response from support
bought a Twopan external SSD on 12th of November 2025 for use as an external drive. After about one month of normal use, the drive stopped working completely and is no longer recognised by my devices.
I contacted Twopan support mani times over a month after the purchase and sent several follow‑up emails to their official addresses, attaching proof of purchase and details of the fault. I have not received any reply at all, more than a month later.
The product failed far too quickly for something marketed as a reliable external SSD, and the lack of any customer support or warranty service is very disappointing. This was an expensive purchase, and I am now left with a non‑functional drive and no help from the company.
