This company won’t deliver on a project that I crowdfunded a couple years ago. I pledged $1 on a new campaign, they went silent when I tried to reach out to them, when they chose not to communicate, I called them out for the scammers that they were being. I am not the only one that has been scammed by this company. Kickstarter also had my ledge canceled as they did a so-called investigation and saw no issues with this company. Kickstarter allows these scams to operate in order to make money and they have their liability cause that you have to click when supporting a project so that they can’t be held responsible for anything that is undelivered. They have also took down other people‘s comments when anything is negative related and they removed them so that they don’t look bad to others. Do not trust this company in the slightest.

I ordered Duocovers from two pillars November 24, 2025. It is January 15, 2026. I have still not seen my order. They were supposed to ship it through Amazon shipping and I just got an email from Amazon shipping saying the order was canceled because they never received the product. I cannot get a hold of anyone there. I’ve sent multiple emails. Even some emails were sent right back to me as undelivered. I would not trust this company. I’m not even sure if it’s a real company and I’m out almost $70 now!

They don't work in my microwave and no way to contact seller. No working email or phone number to contact them.

I ordered "GripFlip | Your Space-Saving Kitchen Multi-Tool" and paid for this item on Kickstarter, yet never received the item. Although I contacted them on numerous occasions, I never received an apology - for not receiving the item, or a commitment to address the issue. On all occasions I am referred to the Kickstarter project page - the same page every time, with no conclusion and no item. I am very disappointed with the "not fit for purpose" Two Pillars and Kickstarter as both are useless and "not fit for purpose"...

They are scammers!!

Pledge on kickstarters and ask two times more for shipping rate at the end of the campaign and at the same time are selling in their own website less expansive and with free shipping.

Don't buy ANYTHING from Two Pillars. I was one of the many clients that funded a product from this "company" through Kickstarter. I paid $50 for two items and later they wrote to me indicating that the shipping cost is $102. A total rip-off.

Two pillars and Kickstarter are SCAMS. They don’t ship the product you pledge.

There are a lot of companies that are on Kickstarter - including Two Pillars and they do not care once they have your money they run or they use exorbitant shipping fees to get even more money from you.
This is not a legitimate company they scammed almost $900,000 from those ordinary citizens who thought they were helping a fledgling company.

Stumbled over them on Kickstarter. They claimed to have patented a revolutionary product, yet failed to deliver proof of having any patents.

Turns out they created a Kickstarter campaign to resell cheap Alibaba stuff.

I have a receipt from my order that clearly states shipping is included. Now they are holding my order hostage for a shipping amount nearly half the price of the order. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card, and if that fails, I'm suing for the return of my money. If they are this dishonest about the business practices, their product is probably garbage.

Project was funded on kickstarter, they took the pledges and disappeared. Looks like we’re never getting the products that were paid for!

Scam artists. In good faith thousands of us backed their kickstarter. We knew shipping would be charged at the end. We get to the end of the project and it is TWICE the cost that was quoted to ship- nearly double the cost of the initial item. They also listed on indiegogo the moment the kickstarter ended and they noticed we were all dissatisfied. They are nothing more than a dropship scam and they have done a huge disservice to all kickstarters. I have requested an itemized breakdown of shipping costs- even still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt- but still nothing. Do not buy into this sham of a company.

This company is a scam, they will take your money and run with it
