I highly recommend these folks as they are a do what it takes team and they make our team stronger. We are not a large customer but still feel important when we call them for help. Is simple my radios got lost and now they are not even answering my phone calls to see when I will get them sent again or to find out who drop the ball if UPS or them. They already took the money from my account so I don't have my equipment but already paying for service

I've been a customer with TWRG for a number of years now, and recently decided to upgrade our radio system and fleet at work. Josh was incredibly helpful and responsive in guiding me through the process of FCC licensing (we were using MURS previously), repeater specs, system construction and building a new codeplug for our existing fleet. We're up and running on our new system seamlessly and with phenomenal support & guidance!
