He was very helpful with advice and suggesting the radios that would best suit our needs. We placed our order and in a few weeks we had our new radios and we love them. When I first contact the company for our two-way needs, he knew just the right product. We ordered six. Then, we found ourselves in need of one more. I called Joe and we had it the next day. We then needed parts. Joe came through! Then, we needed yet another two-way radio. Again, had it the next day, again Joe was right on it. I can't say enough about TWRG and especially Joe! I needed to purchase radios for the maintenance staff at my large condo building, and account manager Josh was able to recommend the perfect Motorola radios for us at a very fair price. The website was good and had everything I needed in one site. Was very appreciated that sites like this are out there. I try to look for radio gear all over town locally. No luck at all no one in town sells the kind of gear I needed for work. All the stores I had gone to told me the same think you going have to go online. The only thing that was not great was the shipping information after ordering items. Had no idea when they where going to be shipped or time frame when I was getting my item's. I did know it was going to be ups ground shipping but didn't give me a options to upgrade to try get items faster than what I did. But I know that not the sites fault that is more of a shipping problem.
