Pretty disappointed with their attitude. The initial experience was quite positive - they were super helpful and attentive until they sold me the bike and even sold me a service package telling me I wouldn't have to worry about anything. That was a complete lie and not a single time in those 2 years had I had anything covered by this subscription. First I had an issue with the motor, which stopped working due to water damage. They said they'd replace it, which they did but it took 2 months to get my bike back. Then I had an issue with the brakes, which they asked me to pay for because apparently it was my fault the brake was leaking fluid and their fix was to replace the handle with a different model without even asking me. Finally, I had an issue with the front light which also stopped working due to water damage - they replaced it and charged me 2000 dkk for it, even though that same light retails for half as much. I keep my bike in a garage, so the amount of water-related issues I've had in just 2 years is just ridiculous. For reference, I've had an electric cargo bike for 5 years, which has always been kept outside and hasn't had a single problem. While I understand problems can happen and it's not always the vendor's fault, their obvious desire to rip you off is obnoxious and making sure I'm never buying a bike from them again.
