They were on time

They were on time. The drivers were able to put the large dumpster right where we needed it, between power lines, poles, and trees. They didn't even complain about the bodies in the bottom. I will recommend an use them in the future.

Won't pay for damages they cause.

The driver was switching dumpsters in the street. In doing so he didn't lower the dumpster on his truck. He took out the neighbors power and ripped the electrical box off the side of the house. Also damaged the roof. The owner came out (or at least he said he was) was rude to me and tried to blame it on me and threaten to not leave a dumpster even though I already paid for it. Talking with the neighbor that had the damages done. The owner won't return his calls or pay for the damages. They might be the cheapest company but horrible as to customer service. Especially when they cause damage.

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent customer service from DFW Roll Off Dumpsters with Texas Dumpsters. Found this company online. Needed a dumpster for a renovation project. Ended up using them multiple times. Kevin made ordering an additional dumpster smooth and effortless. Pick up guys are very professional as well! Overall Great company! Thank You!
