I called to order waders because I wasn’t sure on the sizing, and I got a real human, not some automated recording or someone from another country, yes I know..never see that anymore. They waders were here 2 days later and fit absolutely perfect. The best part, which made my day, is Deb wrote me a personalized note on the receipt thanking me for being such a “sweetheart” on the phone. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly shines.
