No longer an active prop firm. Don't use. Their dashboard doesn't work anymore.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They don't deserve any.
For weeks I am trying to contact them because I cannot place orders anymore. They don't react by e-mail neither messages. Dashboard is offline.
But still their publicity machine to attrack new clients is active.
@Tycoon : do you have the guts to answer to this review?

Must be a scam : DasBoard is offline - Discord has disappeared - Chat is not responding - Cannot close trades - e-mails are not answered.

Their support is gone . They are not replying . Dashboard and everything stops . Scammers

Another fraudulent company. 11 days ago I passed a challenge and was supposed to sign a trader agreement. It was nowhere to be found. Since I pointed this out to support, the dashboard was no longer accessible. Several emails to support over the last few days have gone unanswered. Nevertheless, they continue to sell challenges.

Please guys don’t buy accounts to these guys, it works all good 2 days then they block you and desapear they take purchases but the dashboard is not working, please don’t buy here, there are good reviews but they are all fake

Scam alert, no response from support recently, website not working, discord closed and no update. Don't get scammed

On Monday 7/14/25, the dashboard to access your account's statistics stopped working - 503 bad gateway. Funny enough, the support feature on their website completely disappears, too - nobody to talk to. This happens at the same time their discord support team has mentioned 0 words since Sunday, with numerous people inquiring about long overdue giveaway accounts or other account questions. Then, after long discussion amongst members of the discord, the general chat vanishes - and when we try to communicate via a thread in another channel, our thread creation privileges disappear.
Opening and closing positions via TradeLocker still works at this time, but having no way of seeing your account's statistics and knowing how close you are to passing a challenge, while their entire team has gone silent and has just silenced its clients in the discord, is an incredibly disappointing way for this firm to go out. Not to mention - their checkout is locked, too. Nobody can purchase a new account. As if there weren't more reasons to be suspicious.

The login page is offline and I cant message them on discord and they wont answer the customer service either.
I have an account with them and it sad to see that they could leave us all like this.

Rugpulled, no mod replies in over 48 hours, multiple admins have left discord and they have closed the discord off.

The dashboard is offline but they are still taking purchases, they have scammed us all. DO NOT BUY.

I won the giveaway but they never give me the account. the web support always tried to add more time for me to wait. starting to wait for 24 hrs, then 48 hrs, then 72 hrs and soon. this is a real indicator of a scammer prop firm. until today I still don't receive it.

I am funded!!
I was on a trade an hour ago, I had 3 orders opened and wanted to close them but could not. only 1 order closed when it hit TP. the other two trades could not close because the was no TP. When I tried to close them the tradelocker system crashed and froze on me. I spoke with an agent on webchat but he said he can not do nothing they will review it. I told him I can not wait because my orders are still moving and I need them cklosed but he said they will get back to be within 6 - 12 hours. My orders hit SL now and I'm out of the trades.

I love tycoon funded,Support are very responsive whenever i encounter a problem.I hope tycoon funded will be the best prop firm in the future,cant wait to make a payout and buy bigger account with them.thank you tycoon funded and bitam from support that help me whenever i have a problem.

I have sent an email to support but they don't care, because of the wrong information on the dashboard, my account was breached. and I think maybe this is a trap for traders to misunderstand, if this is not intentional they can definitely fix it and provide the best solution. with this condition I won't recommend this company to anyone anymore

Good spreads, execution, support and paid within 48 hours.

The best support system. Despite that, they offer a variety of models that is for any trader. Be it be a Swinger or Scalper to a day trader!

The prices are friendly too

I had passed phase 2 over 2 weeks ago, I am now being told there is an issue with the accounts being issued… and this should be “fixed” within the next 5 business days. Now if that’s correct I will receive account 3 weeks after passing phase 2 meaning I missed a payout date already and almost to the 2nd payout date since passing. But with how this has all gone I will give it to the support team they have been responding pretty quickly to my questions so I’ll give it 2 stars here for now. If I do not receive my funded within 5 MORE business days I will be requesting a refund. Very disappointed so far but could turn around soon, if they get their act together and ISSUE funded accounts when they are supposed to. I will come back and change review if this gets turned around. Just be aware this is a new firm and so far not a great experience.
