I placed an order for USB adapters more than a month ago, and I never received my parcel. Although Royal Mail incorrectly marked it as delivered, I immediately informed the company and asked for assistance. Instead of providing a clear solution, they kept insisting on “investigating” the issue.
Despite my repeated confirmation that the item never arrived, they neither sent a replacement nor issued a refund. Their customer service was extremely slow, unhelpful, and showed no real intention to resolve the problem.
After weeks of waiting, I am still left with no product and no refund.
This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect for customers.
Very poor experience — I do not recommend this company.
