What a wonderful experience I had at Tying the knot. Jan was really warm and friendly and had so much knowledge about dresses which she was happy to share. Her bridal shop is truly amazing with so many lovely styles of dresses. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and myself and bridal party enjoyed our experience here. I highly recommend visiting Jan and her beautiful shop.

Awesome service, quick delivery and the products I ordered are absolutely beautiful. If I could order everything for my wedding from tying the knot I would.
I placed an order on 17 February 2022 it is now 12 March 2022 & to date no product was received. I do not expect the goods delivered the next day, but I do expect communication that there will be a delay or there is an issue.
I got an email to review and rate. However I had no product to review or rate. I then decided to email and they then only told me that the product is out of stock.
You reply to an email but receive no response back. You call and there is either no answer or when they do answer they tell you they will get back to you. They then email you and when you respond to the email you are ignored after.
This was my first purchase and it has been a really bad experience.

The slippers were well packaged and well packaged, however, my bridal pair was made extremely skew making it look like I've put my shoes on incorrectly.
