Delicious, easy, healthy. Wish I could eat it every day.
I am chronically ill, and my energy levels are poor. I find meal prep and cleanup exhausting. But that means either I am exhausted after preparing healthy food, or exhausted because I eat an unhealthy takeaway that triggers inflammation. I am so happy I tried Tyme! The food is so good. I wish I could order a 7-day box.

Tasty but not sure how healthy or sustainable
The food is tasty although after several weeks the variety becomes a little limited. Will see if things change… Would prefer have the option to be able to just pick the lunch options and skip breakfast/ snacks as they are quite calorific.
The main thing that may stop me continuing with this plan is the huge amounts of packaging that is involved. It may be recyclable but still will have a footprint

Game changing experence.
All the nutrition and balance meals I always desire too make but don't get around to.
Not to mention all is produced and delivered with the environmental impact in min - which makes it taste even better.

I really LOVE this service from the slick, sustainable packaging to the delicious, nutritious food. Particular favourites include the apple, matcha smoothie and the chili lime squash with Cauliflower rice. A delicious way to reset, debloat and revitalise your body. You'll feel the benefits for days to come.

Delicious healthy food, delivered on time, and beautifully packaged. Really loved it all. The sweet potato and tahini was particularly good. Felt so good all week for having these meals and the right portions too. Brilliant.

Very healthy and convenient for a lazy sod
Very healthy and convenient for a lazy sod like myself, especially one that tries out the vegan lifestyle from time to time. Was a bit confused by the fact it says it is all totally recyclable where the main meals come in single use plastic that certainly doesn’t look recyclable. The price is a little expensive in the end but on a promotion it’s worth trying as the food is decent!

Delicious food and SO convenient
Updated review March 2023: I previously reviewed Tyme a year ago when I tried their Daypacks for a few weeks. I loved the concept but couldn’t justify the expense to make it a regular thing.
I’ve recently rejoined for lunches for me and my husband, and love the changes that they have made to the service that means we can now order lunches only, instead of having to order complete packs with breakfast, snack and shots too. This makes it much more affordable for me as the lunches are all I really need.
I’m a PhD student writing up my thesis in my final year and I find it difficult to feed myself properly when I’m feeling busy and stressed. Being able to open up a Tyme pack at lunchtime and give myself a tasty, nourishing meal with zero effort has been an absolute godsend and I will definitely keep this going for a while! The food is genuinely delicious (miso lentils is my favourite so far) and I love that it’s plant-based too, as I’m really trying to cut down on meat and dairy.
My only gripe is that the website can be a little fragile at times and there were some weird technical issues with my account when I first ordered, but customer service were very quick to get it sorted.
Highly recommend!

Definitely worth trying.
Nicely packaged, efficient service and reasonable price. Some of the items were very tasty, others were not quite to my taste. I'd imagine it would get a bit samey very quickly though, as all there isn't a huge selection.

- reduce packaging
- make breakfast more filling
- more options friendly to FODMAP sufferers
- more flexibility in options - ie option to order lunch and snack combo not just full day
