Lacking
The test kit took three weeks to arrive. I had an issue for two weeks which meant I needed to complete a fresh login each time of use and I could not complete my profile. Fitbit would connect but not sync and my tester will not connect so I'm manually inputting data. I was not kept up to date with my order. Overall a poor experience so far.
