The machine is so bad, does it job but not for control and consistency, the control panel is is old not eady to control, almost impossible to have consistency on it, the cleaning is intensive and the air recirculating without burner make the smoke fill the chamber, not to mention the roasting defect in all the beans.
Conventional technology is the future of coffee roasting! We looked at a 5 kg roaster, but took a ten with a destoner. Good advice on the choice of equipment, recommendations for buying green coffee and also did the commissioning. If you want to roast coffee without defects and in 6 minutes instead of 13, this is the best option
The time and cost savings with this roaster compared to my previous one are impressive. It roasts the beans quickly and more evenly, all while using less electricity (not much, but noticeble). It's been a significant upgrade for my business
I was surprised that Typhoon roaster really does save energy (which wasn't obvious at first sight). I bought is as a replacement, so I know what I'm talking about. The coffee flavour has become much cleaner - the air roasting technology is definitely worth the price
