Does this company really exist

Does this company really exist ? Have wanted to order a few Scalextric cars from the, but do not use PayPal. Tried phoning them on the number on the site, but just get the BT call handling message. Tried e-mailing, but no replies. Lost the chance of the models due to no response from the company. Web site looks excellent, pity it is not backed up by customer support.
UPDATE. The company has now got in touch via e-mail just prior to me writing the above review (hadn't checked my e-mails first). Thank You.
