I completed the offer and since I didnt get the price I sent the support proof with a picture of my base level and my game id and they denied it

0 Stars, completed a task on Freecash and they only payed out the low value ones…

This company won't pay out and won't let me start a support ticket. I cleared a level for a 50 payout on their fable town game and it wasn't rewarded. I tried to file a support ticket and the site won't even load! I have 6 days until the game expires; and I have a feeling that that will be the time I'll be able to file a support ticket. But then, of course, it will be too late.

Same as others, rejected completed task with valid proof. There is no way to further file a dispute. What a pathetic and humiliated loser. You should be sued and shut down right now.
I contacted freecash support and this scammer made a stupid excuse of the task being expired. Such hilarious is that. They are just trying to save money

scammers, i completed the ofeers and sended proof and the denied without any reason. Wasted money and time, do not trust this company you will gain no reward from them the only thing the do is lie and waste your time and money.

Completed a very high value task (actually, multiple tasks) on Freecash. None of them tracked, and I kept getting an error message when trying to submit a support ticket. Freecash is also at fault for allowing Tyrads to promote on their site. They are just scamming spills out of money.

I completed 2 offers through freecash worth $250. I submitted my ticket and a CLEAR picture of my evidence. Within a couple hours I see a red X next to my offers without no explanation. I tried emailing them through their corporate site but to no avail. Freecash should be responsible as well for promoting these offers from a third party company. I spent my own money leveling up and that is wasted as well. Tyrads is a scam!

Only made it 5 stars so hopefully other people see it. I did an offer for them through freecash spent more then the required amount of money and still never got paid out for the task! Complete rip off! Tried to email support, no answer back.

Did Palmon survive, and was planning to still play the game after the rewards ended. I spent an extra $100 to hit camp 26, even though I already sent more than what I was getting from the game offer. I figured id be out $60, but played the game mostly for free, not $160 cause the camp offered 26 didn't track even though there were still 15 hours left. Also notice that the Palmon link goes to a black screen while all the others that I have still time complet on free cash don't. in all make the link dose still go to the app store before spending any money, and if dosen't, just don't the app is not tracking anymore because we aren't meant to hit the last 2 high-paying rewards, and I wouldn't have if didnt pay an extra 100 my big mistake. And yes sent a message to them but it wasn't proof enough and rejected

Total scam. Refused payouts after multiple back n forth. Challenges rejected even though completed. They said system error and nothing has tracked via rewards so they cannot award anything and are not going to be responding to emails anymore. Live chat have no intention to help.

Scammers I had a challenge through free cash to hit level 70 in a slot game for $300 I completed 71. Then sent them a support ticket with evidence of my level and account info. They rejected my ticket without giving me a reason or any form of contact info. Very unprofessional be careful using them they are after your money and time.

Similarly to others, they refused to pay out for the $250 bounty, even though I provided ample of evidence. I even contacted the game creators and they confirmed that I indeed did hit the bounty in time, but still crickets from them. Avoid doing games offered by Tyrads!

Played games through Freecash not realizing that they were using Tryads as a partner. System stopped tracking my progress which cost me over $10 in rewards. Reported through both companies with details, screenshots, and proof four times over a month. Was finally told they rejected it, but won't share any details for "privacy" reasons and can't speak to them directly. This is a total scam to inflate their user numbers.

As the other reviews are stating, Tyrads is scamming their users by rewarding them with the small rewards and then declining any medium/big rewards. I have completed the offer "Reach level 40" in Uno and while they rewarded me for levels 10, 20 and 30, now that the reward is multiple dollars they are acting as if they can not track my progress in Uno. I have contacted their support and received no answer and when I opened a ticket on Freecash, it was instantly declined. They do not give you a reason even when you gave them the perfect proof that you have completed their offer. Do not try to complete any of the offers provided by Tyrads and do not support Freecash either because they are doing nothing about it.

These bullshitters are true scam artists and should be sued for millions. They claim to offer certain payouts for completing offers/playing games, but when it comes to paying out the offers with medium to high reward they just straight up refuse it even though you send them irrefutable evidence of completion, and take all the money for themselves. They don't even bother giving you a reason. This happens with them time and time again. Actual criminals - do not make them a single cent more.

Scam, they stole $245 from me, they wont let me get my offer. I SPENT AN EXTRA $110 DOING THAT OFFER, MY MONEY IS GONE

I completed an offer for them on Freecash.com for lvl 150 on scatter slots on 1/1/2026 I never got my rewards when I opened a ticket they denied it and would not give me my credit even though they acknowledged that I completed the offer and the game developers also said I completed it. After sending emails they still will not respond to me or give me my credit for the offer which still has 32 days left do not trust them
