To be fair they did come and changed my tyre, but took longer than promised and charged way more than quoted. Had I known the price upfront I would have booked someone else — the quote was £100 which I thought was on the steeper side but acceptable. The technician changed the tyre without any communication and asked for £220; the receipt has no breakdown for work/parts, only says “custom amount”.
